Membership Application

Membership Fee - $365.00
The Promoter level of membership introduces an organization to the key components necessary to establish a worksite health promotion program. A Promoter creates health promotion awarenesss in the workplace and begins to build the foundation of a healthy culture.

The Developer level of membership provides learning and networking opportunities to assist with building a comprehensive program. Developers are expanding their worksite health promotion programs through awareness and education.

• Members' Only "Idea Exchanges" via Iowa Communications Network (ICN)

• Unlimited phone access to Wellness Council Staff
• Fee-based on-site consultation available
• Monthly Well Informed Online Corporate Health Report



Membership Fee - $950.00

The Advocate level of membership provides opportunites for enhancing the organizational culture by focusing on awareness, education and behavior change in the workplace. Advocates are building and maintaining a comprehensive worksite health promotion program.

All Promoter benefits listed above, plus:

• Weekly e-newsletter on current worksite
health issues and trends
• Members' Only "Idea Exchanges" via Iowa Communications Network (ICN)

• Unlimited phone access to Wellness Council Staff
• Access to 17 ready-to-use incentive campaigns
• One hour free on-site consultation
• One free registration to all Wellness Council events: Intensive Training Seminars, Annual Conference on Worksite Wellness and Well Workplace University
• Council Planning Committee representation
• Monthly Well Informed Online Corporate Health Report


Membership Fee - $2950.00
The Sponsor level of membership provides members with visibility and recognition for their strong commitment to their worksite programs and to the Wellness Council. In their public partnership with the Wellness Council, Sponsors support health promotion in and out of the workplace, further demonstrating their organization's commitment to the health of our community.

All Promoter benefits listed above, plus:

• Weekly e-newsletter on current worksite  health issues and trends
• Members' Only "Idea Exchange" via IowaCommunications Network (ICN)

• Unlimited phone access to Wellness Council Staff
• Access to 17 ready-to-use incentive campaigns

• Two hours free on-site consultation
• Two free registrations to all Wellness Council events: Intensive Training Seminars, Annual Conference on Worksite Wellness and Well Workplace University

• One Light of Wellness Nomination fee waived
• Council Planning Committee representation
